We currently are unable to process orders for the U.S.A. but we are trying to meet the FDA, Homeland Security and USA Customs Services regulations.

We have over two hundred varieties of tea available.  You may order loose teas or tea brands.

How To Order

1. Select the catalogue that you wish from the Order Online menu above (or the link below).
2. Choose the item(s) that you wish to order from the catalogues and the amount (quantity) that you want.  Loose teas come in 50 gram increments, therefore, if you wish 100 grams of a particular tea, enter 2 as the quantity.  Branded teas come in various forms: tins, bags, and packages.  The units are specified in the tea description.  Click the "Add to Order" button to add your selection to your shopping cart.
3. If you want one or more items from different catalogues, simply select what you want in each catalogue and then switch (via the website menu) to the other catalogue continue your order.   Your selection will remain in your shopping cart until you cancel it or pay for it.
4. When you have completed your selections, click the "Go To Payment" button and complete the billing and shipping information.  You do not need to complete the shipping information if the shipping address is the same as the billing address.
5. Click the "Pay by Credit Card" button to complete your order.  You will be asked to enter your credit card information.  This information is encrypted and only held in the system until the card information is verified after which, it is destroyed.
6. When the order has been verified, you will receive an email confirming your order.  Please ensure that the email address you provide is accurate and correct without it, we will not be able to send you this confirmation.

Catalogues

1. Loose Teas:
   These are teas of many different types from many countries.  They are prepared in 50 gram units.
2. Branded Teas:
   These are teas that are listed by the blender.  They come in various forms - loose, tinned, bagged.
